Omega 3 Fatty Acids
are very important to your body. They are the
source of the lipid bi-layer that is integral to our cellular integrity.
All disease starts at the cellular level.
Omega
3 Fatty Acids are very important for other functions as well. One of
the main benefits of the good fats, or the Omega 3 Fatty Acids, is to
decrease the amount of insulin in the body. It is a very well known fact
that the good fats will increase the HDL and decrease the triglycerides
and possibly also decrease the LDL. Insulin is the hormone that really
is at the root of many of our American health problems. Keep in mind
that diabetes Type 2 is a problem of too much insulin initially. After
the pancreas fails or slows down production of insulin, then the disease
becomes a problem of not enough insulin. It is important that you know
your fasting insulin level. If you treat the dysfunction early enough
you will be able to prevent or reverse the disease, guaranteed. Also,
the Omega 3 Fatty Acids will help to lose weight because of the insulin
lowering effect. When the insulin level is high, you are in a very
pro=fat storage mode that makes it almost impossible to lose the weight.
I know, I tried to do it by just decreasing the calories. It just does
not work.
Fish oil, or the Omega 3 Fatty Acids,
have been proven to help with nerve function. There is also new and
refreshing research that shows that it may help to prevent and reduce
the symptoms of nerve damage that is brought on by diabetes that has
gone untreated or unrecognized.
The research is
in. I would like to invite you to a 30 Day Challenge. If you want to
significantly improve your health, reduce your risk of disease, reverse

suggest that you take this challenge. Try taking at least 3000 I.U. of
Omega 3 Fatty Acids, or Fish Oil, every day for the next 30 days. You
will need to get a good quality fish oil that is not going to give you
belch back. I have to admit that when I first started taking fish oil, I
quit after one or two days because I could not stand the belch back of
fish that I got after the low quality Fish Oil tablets were taken. I
would suggest that you get a good quality. If you have any questions

In this challenge, I would like for
you to document the answers to these questions before you start and then
30 days later. If you want to really give it some time, do a 6 Week
Challenge. You will see even more improvement.
The
questions to ask yourself are either true or false:
- I have cracked, soft, and brittle nails?
- I have dry and flaky skin or scalp?
- I feel achy and stiff in my joints?
- I have constipation?
- I have painful breasts at times?
- I have high triglycerides?
- I have low HDL?
- I have "chicken skin" or bumps on the back of my arms or legs?
- I have a problem with hard earwax?
Print out this
pre-formatted worksheet. Take Fish Oil,
1000 I.U. three times a day for 4-6 weeks. Document your answers before
